Who we are
Ohm Sweet Home Connect is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent electrical contractors. We do not perform electrical work ourselves.
What we collect
When you submit a request we collect: the service and project details you enter, your selected service area, ZIP code and city, timing preference, name, and the contact information you choose to provide (phone and/or email). We also collect attribution data: the page you originally landed on and the page you submitted from, stored as page paths without query strings. If you arrive via a link containing UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content), we collect those as well.
How we use your information
We use your information to review your request and, where appropriate, refer it to a contractor for follow-up about that project. We may also use contact information to respond to your questions.
Sharing with contractors
When you submit a request and acknowledge the referral consent, we may share your request and contact information with a contractor so they can follow up with you about your project.
Referral compensation
We may receive compensation for referrals. This does not increase what you pay to submit a request — submitting a request is free for the homeowner.
Marketing consent
Marketing consent is separate from the referral consent required to submit a request. You can choose whether to receive occasional tips and updates.
Data retention
We retain request information for as long as needed to operate the referral service and for our records. The specific retention period has not yet been set by the site owner.
